Eyoe Body does not offer refunds for any products purchased. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase to ensure satisfaction with the selected items.

Replacement Policy

We are happy to replace your product under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If the product arrives with damage that hinders its intended use, such as a broken spray mechanism or leaking bottle, you are eligible for a replacement.

  • Request Timeline: All replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: DM us on Instagram @eyoebody.official and tell us that you received a damaged product.

  2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:

    • Your name and order number, and date of order and date of receipt of item.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Clear photos and videos of the damaged product and its packaging.

  3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with next steps.

Conditions for Replacement Approval

  • Replacement is only provided for damage incurred during shipping or manufacturing defects.

  • The product must be unused or minimally used (only to the extent required to identify the defect).

  • We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet these criteria.
